Buyer Terms and Conditions
This auction is managed on eBay for Charity by Auction For A Cause. All items and experiences are donated by The Prince's Foundation for Children & the Arts. A bid is a legally binding contract. Please only bid if you are 100% certain you can follow through with payment at the winning bid price promptly. The seller reserves the right to reject any bids at its sole discretion and screen all bidders. By bidding in this auction, the bidder understands and agrees to eBay's terms of service as well as all terms and conditions mentioned here. Specific terms and conditions may apply to individual items. They will be listed on the relevant View Item page. By bidding, you agree to those terms and conditions.
We are only accepting PayPal payments for these auctions. This cuts down the administration time for the charity. Please ensure you have a PayPal account before bidding. Due to the nature of these exclusive auctions, payment is required within 48 hours of the auction close. Failure to deliver payment within the designated time may result in default of the bid and we may select the next highest bidder. Creating a PayPal account is quick and easy. Please visit www.paypal.co.uk or www.paypal.com for more information. In the event that you are unable to pay using PayPal due to restrictions imposed by third parties, the Face Britain auction team will discuss alternative payment options with you.
Postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Goods will be dispatched to the winning bidder once the payment has cleared. All physical items will be shipped within 7-10 days of payment being received. In order to keep postage charges low an economy postage service has been provided for international shipping. Winning bidders may choose this service at own risk or contact us for an upgraded tracked/insured service before checkout. Winning bidders must provide a physical address, phone number, and signature for delivery. Any custom charges incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer. Sorry, we cannot deliver
As part of our work to keep the auction secure, and ensure that you are bidding against genuine buyers, some high profile auctions may require bidder pre-approval. For this we require further personal details, which shall only be used for the purpose of the auction. Bidder personal information will not be published on any of the internet auction sites.
